These Booking Terms (“Terms”) govern the reservation and rental of the property through this website. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from making a booking.
2.1. Property Selection: Guests may browse available dates and details and submit a reservation request.
2.2. Booking Request: Guests must provide intended dates of stay and other necessary information.
2.3. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after acceptance by the property manager or owner, followed by a confirmation email. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.
2.4. Payments: The required deposit, prepayment, and final balance details will be disclosed during booking. Payment must be completed within the indicated timeframe to secure the reservation.
3.1. Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. Fees or forfeiture of payments may apply depending on timing.
3.2. Cancellation by Property Owner: If the owner cancels a confirmed reservation, any payments made will be refunded in full. However, we are not responsible for other expenses incurred as a result.
3.3. Changes to Bookings: Requests for changes (such as dates or number of guests) are subject to availability and approval, and may incur additional charges.
4.1. Check-In
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Guests will receive arrival instructions prior to their stay.
Guests may purchase Early Check-In as an optional service through our website, subject to availability. Early check-in is only possible if there is no reservation immediately before your arrival. Approval will be confirmed closer to your check-in date.
4.2. Check-Out
Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must vacate the property by this time unless an extension has been approved. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
A Late Check-Out option is also available for purchase through our website and is subject to availability. Approval depends on whether another reservation is scheduled immediately after your stay.
4.3. Requests and Confirmation
All early check-in or late check-out services must be purchased in advance and will be confirmed based on property availability. In the event that the service cannot be honored due to back-to-back reservations, the full amount will be refunded.
5.1. Care of the Property: Guests agree to treat the property with respect. Any damages must be reported immediately and may be subject to reimbursement.
5.2. Occupancy Limits: Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy listed. Unauthorized guests may result in cancellation without refund.
5.3. Noise and Behavior: Guests must respect neighbors and comply with community rules and quiet hours. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
6.1. Deposit Requirement: A security deposit may be requested to cover potential damages. Details will be shared at the time of booking.
6.2. Deposit Refunds: Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after check-out, provided no damage or violations occurred.
7.1. This platform functions as a direct means to book the private property. The property owner is responsible for maintaining the condition of the rental and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
7.2. Guests accept full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings while on the premises. We recommend personal travel insurance.
Any disputes between guests and property owners must be resolved directly between the involved parties. We do not mediate or intervene in such matters.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
The property listed on this site is privately owned and offered for short-term rental. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of all features or amenities listed.
By booking a stay, guests acknowledge and accept that they are solely responsible for their own actions and safety during the stay. The property owner or manager will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur on the premises.
Unforeseen events such as severe weather, utility outages, or other uncontrollable circumstances may impact your stay. While we will make every effort to assist, we are not liable for associated inconveniences or expenses.
Guests are required to comply with all posted house rules and local regulations. Disregard of these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

No pets allowed under any circumstances.
Smoking area: Only permitted on the open terrace next to the sky bar. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all other areas inside or outside the house.
No drugs, parties, events, or ceremonies of any kind. This home is dedicated to rest and tranquility.
Respect in shared spaces: Loud or inappropriate language and behavior that goes against the community’s values are not allowed in common areas or the house’s open spaces.
Music is permitted outdoors only at moderate volume, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Pool and Jacuzzi hours: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Drinks are allowed only in plastic cups or glasses. Food is strictly prohibited. Infants must wear swim diapers at all times.
Parking: The house has space for two cars. Any additional vehicles must be parked outside the gated community, under the owner’s responsibility. Do not use parking spaces assigned to neighboring homes.
Guests only: The house is for registered guests only. No outside visitors are allowed.
Report any damage or incidents to our staff immediately.

Do not flush diapers, cotton pads, sanitary products, makeup wipes, or similar items. Please use the trash bins provided.
